We have here several computers with Windows 10 and the latest graphics driver available and we haven't seen any problems with it so far. We also tested changing the background on desktop and checking with different colors with not problems. Now, after checking the screenshots given I don't see any color issues or something similar because it is expected to have the start menu with a gray color when you have anything open and semi transparent when seeing the desktop. Please provide me with the exact driver version that you installed and where you got it so we can continue helping you with the problem you are reporting.
