Windows 10 problem with Intel graphics

Hello, I installed Windows 10 a week ago on my laptop with the Intel HD4600 graphics. Latest Intel drivers. If you select Morphological anti-aliasing it darkens the favorites bar to the point where you can't read it. Disabling it solves the problem. Didn't know where to report this, so here I am.

Morphological also darkens the text on the all apps of the start menu.

make your you completely uninstall any video driver currently installed, restart the computer and install the new one after restart.
