Best Intel,
I have a problem of update:
Graphics: Intel® HD Graphics Driver for Intel NUC 10.18.10.3621 (Latest)
When I install Windows 7 64bit on my DN2820FYKH and update this Graphics software just works normally and shows resolution to 1920 x 1080.
But if I install Windows 8.1 64 bit graphics software update after I get black screen on my monitor screen. also restart does not work ...
Also, Windows 10 I have given windows microsoft feedback, but no screen after update of graphics software from DN2820FYKH.
I also installs latest chipset version. But I think the monitor is G245HQ driver problem. so hopefully that intel graphics software is an update or fix it. It is unfortunate that only Windows 7 64bit does work.
Thanks You if reply.
Cable: HDMI
My screen model: G245HQ
My computer hardware: DN2820FYKH
SSD: Samsung 850 PRO 128GB ATA Device
RAM: 4GB PC3L 12800 CL11 204 - pin SODIMM Model: KVR16LS11 / 4
my latest bios update also:

Hi Memo, I have some questions:
Are you using a straight high quality HDMI cable?
How is the monitor detected in Device Manager (Windows* 8.1)?
Please share your http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/cs-009476.htm Intel® Graphics Driver Report

Also, could you verify the issue with the latest driver available here

Hi Memo
You have Windows 8.1 64bit installed on your system. You need the 64 bit version of the graphics driver. The versionhttp://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=24593 15.33.32.64.4061 I posted the link for is the latest version for the version of Intel HD graphics on your NUC.
I would recommend installing this version.
Thanks

@ Memo, According to the latest DXDiag report you posted you do not have the Intel HD Graphics driver installed. Please downloadhttp://downloadmirror.intel.com/24596/a08/win64_153614.zip this driver, extract it to a folder on your desktop, and follow the steps below exactly to install the driver.
1. Login to your system with administrator privileges
2. Open Control Panel
3. Open Device Manager
4. Click on "Display adapters"
5. Double click "Intel HD Graphics"
6. Click on the "Driver" tab
7. Click on "Update Driver" button
8. Click on "Browse my computer for driver software"
9. Click on "Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer"
10. Click on "Have Disk" button
11. Click "Browse"
12. Navigate to the folder that you unzipped the Intel HD Graphics driver to
13. Navigate to the Graphics sub-folder
14. Double click the igdlh64.inf or igdlh.inf file <-- depends on if you have 32 or 64 bit OS</span>
15. Click "OK"
16. Click "Next", Driver should now be installing.
17. If successful, click "Close", Reboot.
Thanks
Robert
