I just bought this brand new gaming laptop the beginning of December. It came with an Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600 and an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M with Windows 10. From what i was told these were both good cards for gaming and such, but I'm amazed that they can't handle a vanilla Minecraft world but can take a high graphic setting Sims 4 game with mods. I cant play for 20 minutes and the Intel card will say is crashed and recovered but I have to exit my game and reopen it, only for it to crash again? When the crash message comes up it says the Intel graphics card is for windows 8 so it made me think that i may have to find a graphics card that goes with windows 10? I'm not much of a computer wiz when it come to the internals of computers so any help/advice would be appreciated.

Hello, ScarletxHazard:
I would recommend to install the latest version of the Graphics Driver from our site, please visit https://downloadcenter.intel.com/ Drivers & Software and filter according to your system configuration, I would also recommend a manual installation of the driver. Here are the instructions for the manual installation http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005629.html How to Manually Install a Driver in Microsoft Windows 8* or Windows..., even though the link refers to Windows® 8 and 8.1 they should work ok on Windows® 10.
Here is a helpful link that might help you to fix this issue;
