Windows Update Downgrades Graphics Driver

When i go into the Intel driver utility and install the latest version of the Intel hd 4000 graphics driver i restart my laptop and when i go into the windows update bit it says i have an update for my drivers, the only thing is is that it downgrades the graphics drivers to what it was already on .

Any ideas ?

I am using Windows 10

Intel® Graphics Drivers downloaded from the Intel Web site will not install on such systems and will or may generate errors.
