Wrong resolution set, unable to correct!

Using Insignia 1080p monitor TV and a Beelink N100 mini pc.

Your drivers set monitor for 800P with proper resolution not on list!

I have used the intel trouble shooter which claims I have incompatible hardware!!!

MS generic driver gets it right!  NVidia driver gets it right!   AMD driver gets it right!

So after reading of this issue going back several years, what is the issue with Intel?

So both of my Intel mini pc's are going back to Amazon and being replaced with AMD mini pc, I'm not throwing away my  Insignia monitor TV because you guys can't fix the problem?

Please let company president see this letter!

BTW, your Intel Graphics Center is also broke..it will not let me report problem with your server!

Mike

There might be a resolution mismatch or a configuration issue with the Intel Graphics drivers, which could cause the monitor to default to an incorrect resolution like 800p, especially when certain hardware or settings aren’t automatically detected.

Try this > this could potentially resolve the issue before making that decision.

While the MS generic driver and other drivers from NVIDIA and AMD are working correctly, there may be an issue with the Intel drivers specifically for your hardware. Have you tried visiting the Intel website and downloading the most recent drivers for your mini PC directly, or checking for any available BIOS updates? Sometimes manually installing the latest drivers can solve resolution detection problems that automatic updates miss. Although you’ve mentioned issues with the Intel Graphics Command Center, if it does work at some point, you could try adjusting the resolution settings manually through the app to match your monitor's native resolution. It could also help to reset or reinstall the software, as occasional glitches do occur.
