Non riesco a giocare  a  X4  FOUNDATIONS  di EGOSOFT

INTEL I7 1165GT  e IRIS XE  .  POSSIBILE ?

In order to have a better understanding of your issue, please provide me with the following:

 

1.      Please provide us with details about the issue.

2.      Are you experiencing performance issues like low frame rates or lag when playing X4 Foundations on your i7 1165G7 and Iris Xe system?

3.      Have you checked the system requirements for X4 Foundations to ensure that your hardware meets or exceeds the recommended specifications?

4.      Are there any error messages or specific issues that occur when you attempt to launch X4 Foundations on your system?

5.      Have you updated your graphics drivers to the latest version available for the Iris Xe graphics?

6.      Are you running any other resource-intensive applications or background processes while attempting to play the game?

7.      Have you adjusted the in-game graphics settings to lower levels to see if that improves performance?

8.      Are there any background processes, such as software updates or antivirus scans, that might be consuming system resources while you're trying to play the game?

9.      Have you checked for any known compatibility issues between X4 Foundations and your specific hardware configuration?

10.  Are there any software conflicts or third-party applications that could be interfering with the game's performance?

11.  Have you monitored your system's temperature to ensure that overheating is not causing performance problems?

12.  Have you tried playing other games or running benchmark tests to see if the issue is specific to X4 Foundations or affects other applications as well?

13.  Are there any recent system updates or driver updates that might have coincided with the onset of performance issues in X4 Foundations?


Also, please provide us with the SSU file:

SSU: Please download and scan your system using our tool, Intel® System Support Utility so we can help check your system info first. Once finished downloading, open the tool, click on scan 'Everything', click next, then save the system information to a .txt file. Please provide the .txt file.


This document will be necessary to check your entire system, in order to find possible errors or incompatibilities.
