You gave me an update to graphics 3150, I installed it but I still cannot upgrade my computer from win 7 to win 10. Am I stuck with win 7? thank you

Intel gave me an update for graphics accelerator 3150, I installed it on my win 7, but am still incompatable to upgrade to win 10. Am I stuck with win 7?

The Atom™ (Pineview) processors are very old now they are not prepared to support Windows® 10.
