当从Intel官网下载驱动(最新版)后,第二天或者第三天(基本上一天开闭一次电脑,所以可以理解为第二次或者第三次)开启电脑时,Arc遥测监控面板就无法正常打开,Arc control设置面板无法打开,intel显卡控制中心一直处在加载界面也无法打开,只能从intel官网上重新下载驱动,这是可以正常使用,但是第二天或第三天(或者第二次、第三次)开启电脑时又会重复出现上述情况。以上情况已经出现多次了。

When downloading the driver (latest version) from Intel's official website, the next day or third day (basically opening and closing the computer once a day, so it can be understood as the second or third time) when opening the computer, the Arc telemetry monitoring panel cannot be opened normally, the Arc control setting panel cannot be opened, the Intel graphics card control center has been in the loading interface can not be opened, can only re-download the driver from the Intel official website, which can be used normally, but the next day or third day (or the second time, The above situation will be repeated when you turn on the computer for the third time.This has happened many times.

I see this issue is happening on the latest driver, I understand the version you refer to is 31.0.101.4900 or is it 31.0.101.4887? I would advise a reinstallation of the driver using Display Driver Uninstaller to discard possible corruption issues and also it would be useful if you could double-check if the issue is also happening on older versions of the driver.


If the issue continues to happen we will need a log file from the Intel® System Support Utility so we can check your hardware and driver information and to check for possible updates or incompatibilities.

31.0.101.4900 和31.0.101.4887都有同样的问题。在我10月27日之后我试着安装31.0.101.4824这个版本的驱动程序,想看一下是否还会有这种情况发生,不幸的是,依然有问题,具体是这样的:安装31.0.101.4824之后第一次打开电脑(和之前描述的一样,电脑每天仅使用一次),ARC遥测技术监控面板可以正常使用,Intel Arc control也可以正常打开并使用,第二次使用电脑时,刚开机后的几分钟内ARC遥测技术监控面板和Intel Arc control都可以正常打开,但是大概半小时之后,ARC遥测技术监控面板可以打开,但是检测的各个参数无法显示数值。第三次打开电脑时,就又出现了我10月27日描述的那种异常情况,而且当我打开wechat并登录之后,电脑画面出现了一次闪动,当我接着打开Edge浏览器之后又出现了一次画面闪动,然后黑屏并卡住,没有响应。

Both 31.0.101.4900 and 31.0.101.4887 have the same problem. After October 27th, I tried to install the driver for version 31.0.101.4824 to see if this would happen again. Unfortunately, there were still issues. Specifically, after installing 31.0.101.4824, I turned on the computer for the first time (as previously described, the computer was only used once a day), the ARC telemetry technology monitoring panel was working properly, and the Intel Arc control was also working properly, When using the computer for the second time, both the ARC telemetry technology monitoring panel and Intel Arc control can be opened normally within a few minutes after starting up, but after about half an hour, the ARC telemetry technology monitoring panel can be opened, but the detected parameters cannot display numerical values. When I opened the computer for the third time, there was the abnormal situation I described on October 27th, and when I opened WeChat and logged in, the computer screen flickered once. When I opened the Edge browser again, there was another flicker, and then the screen was black and stuck without a response.

Thank you for sharing the video and testing the drivers. I see from the video there is an error message but it is in a different language, Could you please let us know what the error message says in English?


This type of issue with Arc Control can also happen when the country/region set in Windows is not the same as the physical location of the system. Let's say you are in the USA the country/region set in Windows should be the USA as well. Please go to Start > Settings > Time & Language > Language & Region and make sure the country/region is set to the country the system is physically into.


If the issue still happens, share with us the log file from the Intel® System Support Utility we requested in our previous post.

我是一名中国用户,电脑系统都是中文设置,“开始”>“设置”>“时间和语言”>“语言和地区”里面的地区、时间也都是中国,语言是中文。在上我上一个回复的视频里面的异常报错也是中文,这个异常发生在 31.0.101.4824下。异常报错翻译成英文就是:The application has encountered an exception, unknown software exception (0xe000000 8), location is 0x00007FFCEAAS4FFC.另外这次我上传了你所提到的日志文件。

I am a Chinese user, and the computer system is set Chinese, "Start", > "Settings", > "Time and Language", > "Language and Region" are also in China, and the language is Chinese. The exception in my last reply video is also in Chinese, and this exception occurs under 31.0.101.4824. Since your regions/country is properly configured in the Windows settings there should not be any issue. so I would like to check for third-party apps that might cause conflicts with Arc Control, some apps that are known to cause issues are MSI Center and Asus Armory Crate, please check if you have any of those installed on your system and if yes, try uninstalling them and testing the id the issue continues with Arc Control. Also, please let us know if you have any other monitoring/telemetry app installed on your system.


From the report that you shared I see there is an outdated version of your BIOS installed, so please go to your motherboard manufacturer's website and update your BIOS to the latest available version, this would ensure the best possible compatibility with the GPU and Arc Control.


If the issue still continues to happen, please share with us the log files from Arc Control so we can check them and see if any issues can be seen from there.

前两天我卸载了MSI center,并且从MSI官网上安装了最新的BIOS,  然后我又重新安装了最新版本的显卡驱动程序31.0.101.4900,完成上述操作之后第一次使用是正常的,第二次使用也是正常的,但是我今天使用电脑的时候,也就是第三次使用电脑的时候就有出现了ARC遥测技术监控面板可以打开,但检测到的参数无法显示数值的这种情况。然后我想打开Edge浏览器回复您的帖子,结果屏幕出现了一次闪烁,然后变黑了,电脑没有反应。这次我上传了 ARC control日志文件

I see you mentioned that you reinstalled the graphics driver version 31.0.101.4900, the last week we released a new graphics driver, to know if the behavior changes, please perform a clean installation with Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to version 31.0.101.4952. Thank you for sharing the logs from Arc Control, we will need to check them and see if there is any error in there, I also wanted to check if you were able to test driver 31.0.101.4952 as previously recommended and if the issue still happens on that version.
