Hello abc123123
Thank you for posting in the Intel Communities. We would be more than glad to help you with the issue when playing Counter-Strike 2.
To better assist you, we would like to ask for the following information:
- When did the issue start?
- When you mentioned that your PC will break, do you mean that you experienced a crashing issue?
- Was there any other graphics card installed in the system before you installed the Intel Arc graphics?
- Is Resizable BAR enabled?
- What steps have you taken to solve this issue?
- We understand that you have an Intel® Arc™ A770, but we would like to check more details about your card. Is it a Limited Edition card, or is it a graphics card from any of the other manufacturers: Acer, AsRock, Sparkle?
- To have more information about your system, create a report using the Intel®️ System Support Utility (Intel®️ SSU):
- Open the application and click "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel®️ SSU will take you to the "Summary View."
- Click on the menu where it says: "Summary" to change it to "Detailed View."
- To save your scan: click "Next"; then "Save."
Best regards
