add Gigadevice Flash part into the VSCC table of Intel FITC/FPT tool

Dear Sir,

I am Jacky Long, Flash Marketing in Gigadevice. Our customer, Samsung electronic got one problem while trying to adopt Gigadevice SPI in their PC/NB design. To use descriptor mode in Montevina / Calpella, Samsung will be able to build BIOS through Intel FITC tool, But our flash didn't approved in this tool;

and to update, they have use the data file, fparts.txt through Intel FPT tool. Would you please advise us the solution? Thanks in advance!
