Hello, since many weeks, when I am working on my laptop with an external screen (AOC Q3277PQU), I get alternatively black screen and normal one. Drivers are updated everytime the app inform me it have to be done (I use the same screen with another laptop -and another graphic card- and I do not get any problem).
What can I do to solve that?
Go to the Lenovo site and look for downloads for your laptop. You should not be using Intel generic driver on a laptop unless the laptop's vendor tells you that this is ok (which they should only do if they didn't modify the Intel driver to support their hardware design).
