cFosSpeed and Process Lasso these two software should I use?

my hardware is intel wireless USB Adapter and graphic card is UHD 620.

cFosSpeed introduce that can improve network speed

and Process Lasso can improve system responsive.

I worry that these software have any bad efect to laptop

Me personally I wouldn't use those programs I'd stick to the good old "everything up to date" method. Try the latest drivers windows and let us know if there's an improvement
