My guess would be MAYBE, leaning toward NO. Since they both support directx 11 and opengl 4, you have a chance. That is just a guess and it will be difficult to find a direct comparison between the two.

The following table compares various graphics products using nvida, amd/ati, and intel chipsets:

Thanks and that was really fast. I wish I had asked before buying the game.

All of this is just my guess and opinion. The game may run ok, or it may experience graphics issues. It is difficult to say at this point.

And, it may depend on the OS you are using.

Hi justcalvin,

In this case, I suggest checking the game minimum requirements and see what the minimum graphics that you will need.

As Al Hill mention it is hard to tell and the only way would be to try the game with those graphics.

At the following link you can see the games listed that play great on 3rd Generation Intel® Core™ Processors with Intel® HD Graphics 4000.

Best wishes,

Thanks guys. I tried and it didn't come out pretty. So the answer to this is no. I was hoping there was a work around.

I'm sorry from our end there is not a workaround, I'm not sure from the games developers side.
