can't find opengl settings for HD 3000

http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/CS-030506.htm http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/CS-030506.htm , is a link I found trying to verify if my Hd 3000 driver was accelerated.

I see no 'opengl' settings, use windows 10 , with a thinkpad i5, and was wondering why isn't it showing up?

I'm having trouble with 3d apps that used to work much better, so I wanted to try and figure out what driver I may have installed causing this.
