cant download driver for graphics card

Hey everyone, I wanted to upgrade my driver, I have tried a multitude of drivers, but everytime i download, the setup says "this computer does't meet the minimum requirements for this download" or something like that but it actually does. I also used the intel driver update utility and the setup gives me the message "update impossible". Please Help!

Please update the chipset driver of your Toshiba Satellite P755 using Toshiba's website first; then, continue with the graphics driver. The Intel® Core™ i7-2670QM

has Intel® HD Graphics 3000. It is recommended to use the latest drivers provided with your laptop manufacturer.
