After installing the latest driver, version 101.8132, the computer didn't display anything at first. I deleted it with DDU and reinstalled it, but it took about an hour for the screen to appear. Even after the screen appeared, no matter what I tried, I kept getting this error. What nonsense is this?

I would like to know more about your system details to fully understand where the issue truly lies. Please provide the missing key information below:

 

1) Is this an out of the box issue for your Intel® Arc™ A750 Graphics, or has it worked before it failed?

2) If previously worked, what changes has been made prior to the issue?

3) Please let me know which previous driver version works best for your system before you updated to version 101.8132.

4) How are your display/monitors connected to the PC?

5) Share your monitor/display details:

  • Make and model and specifications link.
  • Which ports and what cables were used?
  • Are you using direct cable (e.g. HDMI-to-HDMI, etc.), using a converter/adapter or a docking station?

6) Share your PSU details.

 

Additionally, I highly appreciate you sharing your system configuration so I can fully check and provide you with an accurate fix. This could be possible by downloading the Intel® System Support Utility for Windows* software. When the download is complete, launch SSU.exe. 

  • Scan: Check the box Everything.
  • Click Scan.
  • Review: When finished scanning, click Next.
  • Click Save. *Attach the SSU log file as you reply.

No, I haven't encountered this issue at all since I got the card, even when using the old driver. I currently have version 7029 installed and there are no issues. The PSU is sufficient. It's related to the driver and I'm connected via DisplayPort. The lack of image on the screen is directly related to the card not working on the PC after driver installation, so it's not related to my card or the screen. And the PSU is 600W.
