I have Lenovo ThinkPad X260 i5 6300U (Intel HD graphics
520) and need to get a clean signal via HDMI to calibrate a monitor
Is there a way to disable the VCGT and ICC?

Try the following:
1. Access the Graphics Properties: Right-click on your desktop and select 'Graphics Properties' or 'Intel Graphics Settings' to open the control panel for your Intel HD Graphics 520.
2. Navigate to Advanced Settings: Look for an option that allows you to access advanced settings where color profiles are managed.
3. Disable VCGT: If there's an option to disable the VCGT, it will likely be within the color management or advanced settings section.
4. Manage ICC Profiles: You can manage ICC profiles through the operating system. On Windows, this is done through the 'Color Management' settings in the Control Panel. You can remove or disassociate ICC profiles from your display device.
