Are you on a desktop or a laptop? If it's a laptop, could you provide the exact model? Additionally, could you share a screenshot of the issue on your display? To gain a comprehensive understanding of your system, please use the System Support Utility (SSU). This tool will generate a text file compiling all your system information.
