does intel hd graphics 4000 support opengl 4.6

Good evening , now to get to the point. 

I have been playing games with my laptop intel hd graphics 4000 , but lately it always refuses to open, it says opengl error i have opengl 4.0 but the game i have needs opengl 4.6.

Please tell me if it is possible to get opengl 4.6 graphics driver

Since the processors with Intel HD Graphics 4000 were discontinued almost two years ago, I rather doubt you are going to see any further updates to the drivers.
