I have one issue while downloading IDSA when I just complete the installation it says the software has been successfully removed I downloaded it and I agree with the terms and conditions but when I try to reinstall it says the software has been successfully removed I mean like why is this some kind of anti-piracy system or I just click a wrong button can someone help me

- What link do you use for the download?
- Is this the first time you install the software?
- Do you use a laptop or desktop system?
- Did you use the uninstaller file before?
- Is your application listed under "Apps and features" (Windows)
- What version (and build) of Windows do you use?
