Hi zed201,
Thank you for the detailed information about the stuck Intel graphics driver entry (version 25.8.1206.1) in Programs and Features that cannot be uninstalled.
I can see you're using an MSI Raider GE78HX 13VI-079US laptop, which is an OEM system. Since this is an MSI laptop, I'd recommend using MSI's official drivers rather than generic Intel drivers, as OEM drivers are specifically customized and tested for your exact hardware configuration.
Have you tried contacting MSI support about this driver removal issue? As the system manufacturer, they would have the most appropriate tools and procedures for handling driver conflicts on their specific hardware.
MSI may have specialized uninstall utilities for their driver packages, updated OEM drivers that properly replace the stuck entry and system-specific guidance for resolving this registry issue.
Best regards,
Dean R.

@zed201 You have already been told to look elsewhere for your precious driver and that you will not find it here.
And, I caution you on language usage and insults. Additionally, since you are so concerned with READING, you should try READING the forum rules.

Look no further. I happen to have the necessary files in my archive. It is driver package 32.0.101.6653. I have uploaded a ZIP file providing this package (and related documentation) to my Other Legacy Drivers share. The file you want is GFX_ARC_Win10-11_32.0.101.6653.zip. Extract this ZIP file to a temporary folder and then, using a smart tool like 7-ZIP, open file GFX_ARC_Win10-11_32.0.101.6653.exe as an archive. You will then be able to extract the folder structure needed.
Hope this helps,
...S
P.S. Please let me know when you have the file downloaded. My share space is limited and this ZIP file occupies 835GB.
