driver keeps degrading to the 27.20.100.8935 version

I've been trying to upgrade my driver to the newest one in 2024 for a couple of days but it just lasted for only 1 or 2 days and it keeps returning to the 27.20.100.8935 version again and again for no reason. I even deleted all the old drivers and somehow it's just still had the same result. Here is my picture of the system even diagnosed that the driver is in the newest version now.

Pls help me or fix this.

Hello giahuyanh, your operating system might be the one responsible for installing the old drivers back, you can see this article as a possible fix, https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000087834/graphics.html

Hi @giahuyanh

Download and use Microsoft Show or Hide Updates Troubleshooter to block the driver downgrade by Windows.

You are updating wrong version You have to update Intel® 7th-10th Gen Processor Graphics - Windows* drivers
