No, replacing the processor will do you no good.
Look on that auction site for nvidia cards, like a GT 1030 or GTX 1060 for the best price.
Remember, you are purchasing old, used equipment.

So the Intel support engineers can have more information about your system, Please download and run the Intel System Support Utility (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows- ) for Windows. Select all data categories and then have it generate a report. Next, have the tool Save the report to a text file (don't try to use the Submit capability; it doesn't work). Finally, using the Drag and drop here or browse files to attach dialog below the edit box for the body of your response post, upload and attach this file to the response post.

You have multiple problems.
First, you have a 1st gen processor. There is no Windows 10 or Windows 11 driver from Intel. All you have is the Microsoft generic driver which lacks features and performance.
Second, your processor is not supported by Windows 10 or Windows 11. Why are you even running Windows 11?
It is time for you to replace your hardware with a new or newer system, that is supported.

thanks for the support, I can't change hardware now, what do you recommend? I tried to put windows 10 but the problem is not solved
one more thing., but wouldn't it be enough to buy a video card then?

Getting a video card is just throwing away your money. Your processor is not supported by W10 or W11.
Now, if you have an available PCIe x16 slot, and can find an older nvidia card, yes, you can probably limp along. I say nvidia because you have a better chance of success than with an AMD card.
You wil find that trying to keep old hardware operational will cost more than replacing the hardware.
