dwm memory leak on Intel UHD 620

Is anyone having the same issue I'm having, randomly I get big memory or ram leaks coming out of the dwm but it's caused by the graphics driver, will there be any solution or new driver, currently using Windows 11 Pro and the driver from the oem but it also happened with the latest v30. It both happened on Windows 10 and Windows 11, I shared screenshots from different dates because the one that happened to me just now crashed my entire laptop and prompted the following message below on the pictures.

PS. also forgot to mention but the one that happened today mad my entire laptop crash with a black screen and prompting the message.
