I have a laptop with an intel i7-3630qm and HD 4000 integrated graphics. The WEI subscore for dx10 is 0. So I decided to try 3dmark benchmarks for dx10 and dx11, the result is that dx10 and dx11 are not working at all under this system. Please explain what is happening here. doesn't HD4000 support up to dx11 ? So why isn't the system using hardware acceleration? only hw acceleration used is DX9. Is this some kind of joke? I am not alone with this problem.

Hi Chris
What steps did you use to get your WEI score in Win 8.1?
Could you also attach the DXDiag report from your system to this thread?
Thanks
Robert

hello, I did a winsat formal. I already had dx10subscore = 0.
Guess what? Now I installed Windows 7 64 bit and the latest drivers for hd4000 from intel.
I ran winsat and here, under windows 7 the dx10subscore is 6.4.
Drivers in dxdiag (windows 7) are wddm 1.1. In Windows 8.1 were WDDM 1.3.
So, what is going on with Windows 8.1 drivers?
Now I will try 3dmark.
