empire earth help?

hi i want to try and get empire earth running on my laptop (Acer aspire e1 series, windows 8.1)

i have attached my dxdiag report, graphics report and system information report would anyone be able to helpme find a driver that could let ee run without any graphics problems

I suspect this game is somewhat old and it would be a good idea to use the Windows* compatibility mode.

hi i have tried the compatibility mode witch didn't help. I can load the games menus fine its just when i get into a game the graphics become very glitchy ( its the same problem as the image in this thread.

Have you considered installing the game in a virtual operating system?
