Hello! Thanks for the reply but I already tried updating the driver but the problem is still there. please help me
Hello MbDecena,
Can you please post your system information report? Also the Graphics report?
How to get it?
System Information: Click Start> Type System Information> Click File> Export> Save File> Attach using Advanced Editor Options.
Graphics Report: Right click on desktop> Graphics Properties> Options> Drop Down Menu> Information Center> Save> Attach using Advanced Editor Options.
Thank you for providing the reports.
I see everything on the computer is up to date so I would like you to try setting the same resolution in the game as the one set in the desktop.
What happens if you test different resolutions?
Kevin m
I tried playing the games on different resolutions but the screen still goes black then goes back to normal
Hello MbDecena,
Please try rolling back to a previous driver:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/24596/Intel-Iris-and-HD-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-7-8-8-1-64-bit https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/24596/Intel-Iris-and-HD-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-7-8-8-1-64-bit
I am sorry but it seems the driver was removed from the link provided before.
There is a customer who provided the driver from his google drive at this link:
/thread/62957 https://communities.intel.com/thread/62957
Check post 12 and try getting the driver from there.
As mentioned before, we are working on this and soon we will have a driver release with a fix for this.
