Hello MbDecena,
Please try updating the driver for your graphics controller. Here you can download it:

Hello MbDecena,
Can you please post your system information report? Also the Graphics report?
How to get it?
System Information: Click Start> Type System Information> Click File> Export> Save File> Attach using Advanced Editor Options.
Graphics Report: Right click on desktop> Graphics Properties> Options> Drop Down Menu> Information Center> Save> Attach using Advanced Editor Options.

Thank you for providing the reports.
I see everything on the computer is up to date so I would like you to try setting the same resolution in the game as the one set in the desktop.
What happens if you test different resolutions?

I know this may not like you but, have you tried doing a clean installation of the Operating System?

Hmmm I haven't. But is there a chance that the problem is with my g3258? I mean maybe I could get the store to replace it or maybe I should try doing a clean installation first like you said before replacing the processor. I need advices.

If reinstalling the drivers issue persists, I think you should try doing a clean install. I do not think this is a hardware (processor) problem but a software issue.

Hi there, I have the same problem. The problem arrived after I last downloaded and installed Microsoft's updates. My advice is to do nothing. The next set of updates from Microsoft will likely fix whatever went wrong with the last update.

I am sorry but it seems the driver was removed from the link provided before.
There is a customer who provided the driver from his google drive at this link:
/thread/62957 https://communities.intel.com/thread/62957
Check post 12 and try getting the driver from there.
As mentioned before, we are working on this and soon we will have a driver release with a fix for this.
