Hi,
Thanks for reaching out. We understand that you’re having difficulties finding the correct Intel drivers after installing Windows 10 on your Lenovo Legion Pro 5 16IAX10H.
For this laptop, the available Lenovo OEM drivers appear to be intended for Windows 11 64-bit. Because this is an OEM system, we recommend using the drivers provided by Lenovo for your specific model rather than forcing generic Intel drivers.
If Windows 10 drivers are not available on the Lenovo support page for your system, this may indicate that Windows 10 is not a supported operating system for this configuration. In that case, we recommend using Windows 11 to ensure the appropriate drivers are available and supported.
If you can share a screenshot of the driver issue or the Intel device showing the problem in Device Manager, we can take a closer look and guide you further.

The main thing to check is whether the Legion Pro 5 16IAX10H officially supports Windows 10. If Lenovo doesn't provide Windows 10 drivers for that specific model, some Intel chipset, MEI, graphics, or power-management drivers may not install correctly even if Windows 10 itself runs.
I’d check the exact hardware IDs in Device Manager and compare them with the available Lenovo Windows 10 drivers. If you share a screenshot of the devices showing the driver errors, it should be possible to identify which Intel drivers are missing and whether there’s a compatible version available.
