error "does not meet minimum req for ins the soft" when install hd3000

hello my friends, I install new win8.1 in my notebook (dell inspiron n5040) and when it start I see it have not install driver for intell hd and using "Microsoft basic driver" ,try to install the intell driver but see this error (screen shot) . what can I do? plz help.

Sorry to hear you are having this issue. You may try the following steps:

1. Access Device manager and uninstall the current driver from your system.

2. Restart the computer and download the latest driver at the following link:
