Good morning,
I am writing this post because I have been receiving notifications from Intel Driver Support for a long time about new updates that I unfortunately cannot install. In this case they are:
- https://www.intel.com/content/www/it/it/download/19344/intel-graphics-windows-dch-drivers.html (graphics driver);
-https: //www.intel.com/content/www/it/it/download/19351/windows-10-and-windows-11-wi-fi-drivers-for-intel-wireless-adapters.html (Driver Wifi)
The characteristics of my PC are:
- Intel® Core ™ i7 10870H octa-core (2.2 GHz, 5.0 GHz Turbo);
- LAN GIGABIT and WIRELESS INTEL® Wi-Fi 6 AX200 (2.4 Gbps) + BT 5.0;
-Windows 10 Pro 21H119043.1348.
As for the first (Graphic Driver), opening the error log file, in the last final lines it says:
"| ERROR | System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception (2): The specified file could not be found."
As for the Wi-Fi driver, opening the error log file also shows:
"Adding the driver package: Netwtw08.INF
Cannot add driver package: The specified file could not be found. "
Also, when I go to install the following bluetooth driver update -https: //www.intel.com/content/www/it/it/download/18649/intel-wireless-bluetooth-for-windows-10.html, after after finishing the installation, the driver is still reported out of date on the intel driver support wizard.
How can I solve these problems?
Thanks for the attention.
