gpu refund/repair

last year my mom bout me a intel arc a380 for christmas and i hooked it up and got all the drivers but my fan’s didn’t work i always thought it was a pc problem with my mobo but i have realized its more than likely a baring problem i dont have the box anymore so i dont know if its still under warrenty but i wanna know if theyll send me a partial refund or let me return it for a new one

To address the issue properly, please share the information below.

 

1. Did the fans ever work initially when you first installed the card?

2. Does the GPU still function for gaming/display output despite the fan issues?

3. Did you test the GPU in a different system to confirm it's a hardware issue?

4. Does the GPU overheat or thermal throttle during gaming due to the non-working fans?

 

Additionally, to have a better understanding of your system configuration and components please generate a complete copy of the System Support Utility (SSU) report. Please follow instructions here and send the report - How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*
