graphic issue

Product: OMEN 17.3 inch Gaming Laptop PC 17-ck2000 (70W99AV)


Hello,

I have a new laptop that I use for work. It has developed an issue that I can't consistently replicate, but it appears as shown in the attached photo. The drivers are up to date on both graphics cards, but the problem only occurs when the integrated Intel graphics card is selected. Could you please help me resolve this issue?

Please answer the following questions:


  • Does the issue appear at random or during specific activities?
  • Have you done troubleshooting steps?

 

Please generate an SSU report to help me further analyze important details on your system. To generate the SSU report, please refer to the article: How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*. Please send us the generated SSU.txt file.
