Is there any solution to running display driver win_64154519.4678 on a Dell intel core 15 7th gen? Dell says it is not supported, but is there any workaround?

If you use Windows 10 and encounter an error message about validation, then install the driver via "have disk method" as described at:
http://www.windowscentral.com/how-install-intel-beta-graphics-drivers-surface http://www.windowscentral.com/how-install-intel-beta-graphics-drivers-surface
(ignore prolog about MS surface)
If you use Windows 7 or 8, neither Intel nor Microsoft support Kabylake on old Windows
Check out:

All drivers' descriptions read:
7th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) processor family
Microsoft Windows® 10 64-bit Only
You would have to modify INF and disable driver signatures at your own risk as described at
/thread/110152 https://communities.intel.com/thread/110152
This still won't help against Microsoft's blocking though.
