How come Intel asks me to participate in a survey and after 15 minutes and spending 5 minutes typing personal reasons I get to the last page and hitting "yes" is grayed out?
I do not want to say 'no' and it won't let me select 'yes'

The Graphics Command Center, the Driver Support Assistant' and Arc..
These apps are excellent, the best I've seen from Intel in years.
If properly managed you can out-do Nvidia and Radeon's adrenalyn stuff...
But Intel is waaaaay behind in customer support and tech support.
This is where Radeon gets an A+ and Intel gets a C- ; I tried online with no results. So I paid the dime and called. The guy on the phone with me did not want to listen. He did not even know about these new apps.
So why is tech support and customer support 6 months behind in what Intel's stuff can do now?
And don't tell me they didn't get the memo.

What kind of survey? How are you sure it was from intel and not a scam?
And about support, if you take the time to check these forums, you can see intel staff answering all kinds of questions about their products when they are posted in the correct forum...
intel probably has a lot of staff for many different products. Who did you call? perhaps you call the wrong number?

Is Tony Boji still in charge of customer support?
It was his survey I tried to answer.
When I couldn't it was that link which sent me here.
I "chatted" with a rep from this website. (and saved the transcript)
I got the phone number from this site
And I am still waiting for an answer from Intel.
Instead I get this.

@Bill_Mars I have been supporting the forum since 2009. I have been to Hillsboro several times. I have worked with multiple managers of the customer support forum. I have been through multiple forum software upgrades. I have never heard of Tony Boji.
Maybe @n_scott_pearson or @MaryT_Intel can shed some light on this.
Doc (not an Intel employee or contractor)
[Maybe Windows 12 will be better]
