hd graphics 3000 driver update problem

Hello, last week I get an update by Windows Update driver Intel, Intel HD graphics 3000 graphics specifically, my laptop has an i3 2328M, Windows 8.1 from 64-bit processor and the version of the driver installed on my pc is 9.17.10.4101, the problem started when you attempt to install this update and throws me an error in installation. Only have had problems with this update with none other than the pretty that I have installed on my laptop, I hope help to know that I do.

Checking the image you uploaded, I see it is a windows update. Please note that windows updates and Intel® driver updates are different.

If you are having problems to install the windows update I suggest you contacting Microsoft and confirm with them why your system may not catching that update but if you want you can also download the latest driver from our site:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/24971/Intel-HD-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-7-8-64-bit https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/24971/Intel-HD-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-7-8-64-bit
