My acer Aspire xc-603g , Operating system windows 10 Pro 64 (10.1.19042) ,bios P11-a2 1-23-2014, has an HDMI port and i want to use it. However when i connect it I do not get any signal. I only can use an RGB to get signal to my "monitor" (vizio plasma hdtv). Can anyone offer a solution to my problem?

Hello cwhitten
Thank you for posting on the Intel️® communities. If this is a hardware issue you will need to check with the motherboard manufacturer for replacement options or further troubleshooting. To confirm you're using the latest drivers please share with us the following information:
- Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) results
- Download the Intel SSU https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows-
- Open the application and select "Everything" click on "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel® SSU will take you to the "Summary View".
- Click on the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".
- To save your scan, click on "Next", then "Save".
- Did you try different HDMI cables?
- Can you try different monitors/TV's?
Regards,
