hello, i have intel hd 4600 onboard graphics can i run it on 120hz 1024x768 reso coz recently my gpu overheated and got destroyed so i dont want to damage processor too is it ok to play games on 120 hz on processors graphics will it damage my processor ?

what processor do you have? Provide the model number.
