i cannot open the Intel Update Utility cause my antivirus says its not safe, what should i do?

Could you please provide us with your system model to help you finding the driver for you or provide us the Dxdiag?

 

 

DxDiag Instructions:

 

Click on the &# 147;Start Menu&# 148; -> Type &# 147;DxDiag&# 148; -> Press &# 147;Enter&# 148; -> Wait for the DirectX Diagnostic Tool to finish loading

 

In the DirectX Diagnostic Tool, click &# 147;Save All Information&# 148; -> Save the file DxDiag.txt

 

Include DxDiag.txt as an attachment in the Intel Community Forum
