Hello, descreenissue:
Could you please let us know the following information:
- Computer model.
- CPU model.
- Driver version installed. Go to Device Manger> Display adapters> Intel(R) HD Graphics right click on Properties and then go to Driver, you will be able to see the version installed.
- Did you get the driver from https://downloadcenter.intel.com/ Drivers & Software?

New Inspiron AIO 3459 i5 64 bit touch screen.
I got the driver from Dell website upgrade and installed it.
I'm having a issue of the touch screen touching itself.
I had to disable the touch screen in Device Manager.
HID Touch screen is were the old Microsoft driver, dated 6-21-2006 I installed.
I got this driver from the list on the computer. I was Hopeing
to fix the crazy 7 little balls flashing on the screen touching the time and date and freezes up.
I installed the 177mb driver you mentioned and it did not correct/fix the touch screen issue.
it does show it is installed at the Display adapter.
Please advise, thank you very much for your reply.

In this case I would recommend to contact http://www.dell.com/support/contents/us/en/04/Category/Contact-Information/ Contact Information | Dell US in order to address this matter, the touch screen feature will need a customized driver that should be provided by your computer manufacturer.
