Hello, I have a problem with the video card, there is no video signal on all ports. backstory, after several days of using the video card, we bought it in the middle of summer, it was connected to the display port and it worked well, a new driver with VBIOS was installed and all the display ports stopped working, I switched to HDMI, it worked, but the computer turned on with a video not signal and sometimes it turned on. A week ago after installing the driver, the HDMI disappeared forever. But I can install another video card and get an image. Give me the driver with forced installation of the old version of the BIOS. Please. when I install the driver the BIOS does not change

Hello romari
Thank you for posting on the Intel Communities. I know it can be concerning when you do not get a display signal out of your GPU.
In this case, as general recommendations, I would advise that you try different cables, and reseat the GPU on the PCIe slot. If this is a firmware issue, by ay chance do you have integrated graphics to try reinstalling the driver?

no AMD R 5600x CPU. But I have a Nvidia GTX 1060 and I can insert a PCI x 4 into the second slot, and I did that and reinstalled different drivers, new and old, for the Arc A 770, but it didn’t lead to anything, no video signal. I tried another computer cord monitor new installation of Windows all useless. When installing the driver, the BIOS version does not change, maybe this is the problem?
I don’t remember the BIOS version but it seems like 22.0.0.64

Hello romari
In this case, since you can use another GPU to use your system, I would advise that you use Display Driver Uninstaller to delete all previous installations that might cause issues and then reinstall the latest version 31.0.101.5084.

I tried this to no avail, it looked like a technical malfunction, when it worked there was no performance and I noticed small multi-colored squares. We will give it back to the store under warranty

Hello romari
We apologize the GPU was not working as expected, it is good to know your vendor was able to help with a warranty, taking into consideration that the issue persisted after all the troubleshooting steps you tried it was better to do an RMA. We will now close this thread since the GPU was returned to your place of purchase. Feel free to open a new topic if you need further assistance
