how to change dedicated memory its set default at 128 MB

my lenovo laptop has 12 GB RAM and Display memory 128 MB and shareable memory 6100 MB how can i change it from 128 MB because i cant run games at 128 MB frame rate is fluctuating too much

Graphics memory is allocated on demand, and can be allocated as much as 50% of your physical memory. Forget the bios setting, as it has no bearing on this.
