how to enable intel hd 4000 gpu

In windows 8 single language 64-bit.How to enable intel hd 4000 adapters if any option regarding this is not provided in bios.

By processor diagnostic tool no integrated graphic driver were found.My processor=intel i5-3230m.

The diagnostic tool would not show the processor integrated graphics if this option is disabled in your BIOS. If you do not see this option in the BIOS it may have been restricted by the manufacturer. You would need to contact them to see if there is an option to enable the integrated graphics or not.
