What is the model number of your device/motherboard?
What is your processor model number?
What version of Windows 10? 1903? 1909?
If you are a laptop, you need to use the drivers provided by your laptop manufacturer for THEIR laptop.

I have the same problem, but it kicks me out of all games.
Sometimes to the desktop, sometimes my laptop shot down with an error message.
