Please download and install the latest driver Version: 15.33.50.5129 Date: 3/25/2020 for your computer (Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000). Pleas download the relevant .exe for your Windows. Since to my understanding you have Windows 7 Pro, it is probably 64 bit O.S. (win64_15.33.50.5129.exe)

The latest Graphics Driver for your laptop on Lenovo site is version 10.18.10.4425 . However you want newer version. You should address your question to Lenovo support.

Is you Windows 7 64bit or 32bit?
