This is your 2013 processor:

https://ark.intel.com/content/www/us/en/ark/products/77773/intel-pentium-processor-g3220-3m-cache-3-00-ghz.html

What do you mean "it don't let me"? Be specific.

What version of Windows 10? 1909?

Do not use abbreviations for these games. Provide the full name so those of us who use the computer for other purposes can understand you.

What is the model number of your laptop or system/motherboard?

What kind of crash? WIndows or just the game? Again, be specific.

If you have a laotop, who made it and what model is it?

If you have a desktop, who made it and what is the model number?

For either, there will be a manufacturer label on the back or bottom.

Download, run, and ATTACH (using the paperclip under the toolbar) the results of this utility.

Then, an Intel support engineer can assist you.

Hello ptson,

Thank you for submitting your question on this Intel® Community.

The model number of your motherboard was not included in the report, but we would like to recommend these steps:

  • Make sure your BIOS is up to date.

Note: You may need to contact your system manufacturer to obtain step-by-step instructions.

Most PC games work fine on Intel® HD Graphics and Windows® 10. However, some of the oldest titles have compatibility issues. Try these steps:

  • Run the game as Administrator:
  1. Right-click the game executable file.
  2. Click Run as Administrator.
  3. When prompted by the User Account Control (UAC) click Yes.

  • Run the game in Compatibility mode:
  1. Right-click the game executable file.
  2. Click Properties.
  3. Click the Compatibility tab.
  4. Enable the option Run this program in compatibility mode for:
  5. Select the compatible Operating System from the drop-down menu. It seems that these games are compatible with Windows* XP. You may refer to the system requirements.
  6. Click Apply.

  • Use different Compatibility settings:
  1. Right-click the game executable file.
  2. Click Properties.
  3. Click the Compatibility tab and enable any of these options (one at a time):

*Reduce color mode

*Run in 640x480 screen resolution

*Disable display scaling on high DPI settings

*Run this program as an administrator

Hello ptson,

Try performing these steps:

1.Disconnect your unit from the Internet.

2.Uninstall both the Intel Graphics driver and the Intel Display audio driver. To do this, please follow the steps on the link below under these sections:

  • Uninstalling the Intel Graphics Driver via the Device Manager Method
  • Uninstalling the Intel® Display Audio Driver or the Intel® HDMI Audio Driver via the Device Manager Method.

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005598/graphics-drivers.html

3.Restart your computer. Go to Windows* Device Manager and check if Windows* installed another version of the graphics driver. If it does, please remove it and restart your computer one more time.

Note: Repeat this process until you get the Microsoft Basic Display Adapter.

4.Once you do, please proceed with the clean installation of the latest graphics driver version: 15.40.44.5107.

5.Once the latest driver has been installed, you may enable the internet connection again.
