Can you please share from which settings you change the value with, and the link of the forum answer you've followed? Please also share the exact issue you are having with, the reason why you tried changing the settings. Kindly include your system configuration by downloading the Intel® System Support Utility for Windows* software, so I can further check the root cause of this problem. When the download is complete, launch SSU.exe.
- Scan: Check the box Everything.
- Click Scan.
- Review: When finished scanning, click Next.
- Click Save (.txt). Attach the log file as you reply.
