I wrote a reply but don't know if it went through. Yes, I did receive the updated 3150, installed it, but still would not allow the upgrade. Maybe there is something else stopping it? I chatted today with a Microsoft rep and he contacted intel and found that the 3150 I received was the latest. So guess I had better be satisfied with my win 7. Thanks for trying.
