Hey y'all,
My Intel Arc A770 is not detectable by bios or device manager. I do believe that it is detected by Intel driver support assistant since it is prompting me to download the drivers.
It doesn't seem to finish downloading for me, the blue box that says Intel driver pops up when I try to download for about 1 second then nothing happens and it says it failed.
I have a Prime B550m-a Wifi motherboard that is to date with the latest version of the bios.
Any ideas on what I can do?

spoke to an Intel support member and found that the GPU is detected but it is not recognized as an Intel Arc A 770. Did all the trouble shooting we could think of such as uninstalling the display adapter from task manager and trying install again, also disabling internet, uninstalling and trying to install new drivers and also doing this in windows safe mode but nothing worked. I assume it's because the GPU is not being recognized as a Intel Arc A770.
Also just thought that I am on the free version of Windows 11 pro, wonder if that has anything to do with it??
